FX Back Office has launched a redesigned client portal aimed at helping brokerages improve user experience and operational presentation. The update was unveiled at iFX EXPO International 2026 in Limassol and introduces a modernised interface with streamlined navigation across core functions including onboarding, verification, deposits, withdrawals, and account management. The platform overhaul reflects a broader industry shift where client-facing digital infrastructure is becoming central to broker competitiveness and trust-building, not merely a functional login area.
The new design prioritises clarity, speed, and intuitive workflows while maintaining flexibility for brokers to align the portal with their own branding standards. FXBO CEO Dmitriy Petrenko emphasised that the client area now represents a critical intersection of usability, trust, and operational efficiency. The redesign is part of FXBO’s wider CRM ecosystem, which encompasses back-office tools, payment gateways, KYC processes, partner management, automation features, and mobile compatibility. These integrated capabilities allow brokers to unify front-end client interaction with backend operational oversight.
FXBO currently supports over 250 brokers globally and offers more than 370 third-party integrations. The platform’s extensive automation and customisation options are designed to reduce operational costs and administrative burden, allowing brokers to concentrate resources on client retention and acquisition. For regulated FX and CFD firms, delivering a polished and compliant digital client journey is increasingly scrutinised by regulators and essential for maintaining competitive positioning in saturated markets.
FXnCO Insight
Brokers should view client portal modernisation not as cosmetic but as a compliance, retention, and branding imperative in an environment where digital experience directly influences regulatory perception and client trust.
