Clear Street has launched electronic execution capabilities across twenty-seven markets in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific, allowing institutional clients to access multiple regions through a single connection point. The expansion builds on the firm’s 2024 acquisition of Fox River and extends algorithmic execution beyond its original North American focus. Clients can now view trades and positions from the new markets through the same real-time ledger that supports Clear Street’s US operations, though the firm has not confirmed whether clearing and settlement infrastructure follows the same unified approach.
The EMEA rollout covers twenty-two primary exchanges plus dark pools, systematic internalisers, periodic auctions and ETF liquidity via request-for-quote mechanisms. In Asia-Pacific, Clear Street is currently live in Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand and Singapore, with South Korea and Taiwan scheduled to follow. Nine execution strategies are available across both regions, with integration into major execution and order management systems and over one hundred configurable parameters that can be customised within twenty-four hours.
Alongside the geographic expansion, Clear Street has introduced a twenty-four-hour smart order router for US equities, providing overnight access between eight p.m. and four a.m. Eastern Time across multiple venues. The dual launch addresses institutional demand for consolidated execution infrastructure that spans time zones and jurisdictions without requiring separate technical integrations per market.

Prime brokers and institutional platforms must weigh whether unified execution access justifies reliance on a single technology provider across fragmented regulatory and settlement environments.
