Spotware Systems has appointed Sergei Grigoriev as general manager of cFinancial, its newly registered institutional liquidity provider, offering brokers integrated pricing from the same company behind cTrader. The Seychelles-licensed securities dealer will quote a starting commission of four dollars per million traded from the first transaction, eliminating the volume thresholds typically required to access institutional pricing tiers.
Grigoriev brings extensive brokerage experience, most recently serving as head of brokerage at Admirals through February 2025, with prior senior risk and executive roles at Eurotrader and BCS Global Markets. His broker-side background shapes cFinancial’s approach to reducing operational complexity in liquidity setups.
The offering covers foreign exchange, metals, commodities, indices, equities, crypto and synthetics through a single FIX connection. Spotware is leveraging its flat-fee cBridge infrastructure launched in March to pass technology cost efficiencies directly into commission pricing, allowing brokers to bundle front-end platform, routing layer and liquidity from one vendor.
FXnCO Insight
Brokers using cTrader can now streamline vendor relationships and access institutional-grade liquidity pricing immediately, potentially reducing operational overhead and improving margin predictability from day one.
