Spotware Systems, the Cyprus-based developer of the cTrader platform, has quietly launched an institutional liquidity division through a Seychelles-licensed entity called cFinancial. The new service is already live and accepting inquiries, with documentation available ahead of a formal announcement. cFinancial offers multi-source aggregated pricing, order routing, and execution monitoring across FX, metals, commodities, indices, equities, crypto and synthetic instruments via a single FIX connection.

The operator, cFinancial Ltd, holds a Seychelles securities dealer license and appears fully integrated with Spotware’s existing infrastructure. This move completes Spotware’s vertical integration strategy, following March’s launch of cBridge with fixed infrastructure pricing instead of volume-based fees. The company now controls three critical components of broker operations: platform, bridge technology, and liquidity provision.

Spotware joins established players like Match-Trade Technologies and B2Broker who have successfully combined software platforms with proprietary liquidity arms, creating potential competitive pressure on independent bridge and liquidity providers.

Brokers using cTrader should evaluate whether consolidating their technology stack with Spotware’s liquidity offering creates operational efficiencies or unwanted vendor concentration risk.
