Spotware Systems has partnered with Intivion to integrate the AltimaCRM client-management system with cTrader and add Spotware’s cBridge liquidity bridge to Intivion’s broker technology suite. The deal, announced Thursday, allows brokers to unify trading activity, client onboarding, and communications through a single data flow while maintaining separate vendor relationships.

AltimaCRM handles sales, onboarding, retention, and back-office operations for FX, CFD, and prop trading firms. The integration merges cTrader account and trading data with client contact records, while supporting email, chat, SMS, and voice communications. Additionally, Intivion gains access to cBridge, Spotware’s liquidity connectivity tool launched in March, expanding its product offering for broker clients.

This marks Spotware’s third major CRM integration, following partnerships with Skale and TeamForce Technologies. The multi-vendor approach contrasts with rivals offering unified broker technology stacks. Spotware claims cTrader serves over 11 million traders across 300-plus brokers and prop firms, though these figures are self-reported.
