Match-Trade Technologies has promoted Rafał Walencik to head of sales, filling the role vacated by Przemysław Wojtyna who advanced to chief commercial officer earlier this month. Walencik joined the trading technology provider three years ago in senior institutional sales, focusing on brokers and prop firms using the Match-Trader platform. He previously spent a decade working at Polish brokerage houses in operations and sales.

The leadership shuffle consolidates sales and marketing under one commercial function. Walencik will manage international sales teams across four regions, streamline commercial processes, and drive broader adoption of Match-Trade’s product suite. The move comes as Match-Trade reports server clients jumped 290 percent between 2024 and 2025, with first-half 2026 figures suggesting record client acquisition this year.

The reshuffle follows recent product launches including white-label prediction markets and full MT5 integration, positioning Match-Trade for continued expansion in competitive trading technology markets.
