Devexperts has launched options-on-futures trading capabilities on its brokerage platform, entering a market currently dominated by established infrastructure providers like Trading Technologies, CQG, and Broadridge. MetroTrade is the first broker to go live with the new functionality, developed collaboratively from the ground up with Devexperts.

The module supports CME-listed options on futures across equity indices, energy, and metals, incorporating an options chain, multi-leg trading, and earnings analysis tools. MetroTrade’s retail clients can now access these products through both web and mobile interfaces within a single-account structure. The deployment allows brokers to offer sophisticated derivatives trading without building proprietary infrastructure themselves.

This marks Devexperts’ first live implementation in the options-on-futures category, providing a reference customer for future client acquisition. MetroTrade President David Klotz confirmed the infrastructure was custom-built specifically for this deployment.

** Brokers using Devexperts can now expand their derivatives offerings to compete with platforms backed by legacy infrastructure providers, potentially lowering the barrier to entry for futures options trading services.
