ConnextFX, a Seychelles-licensed retail forex and CFD broker, has integrated cTrader into its trading platform offering as of Monday, supporting its expansion push across Southeast Asia and Latin America. The broker, established in 2022 and led by CEO Simon Andras, a former Tickmill and Blackwell Global executive, will leverage Spotware Systems’ charting, execution and risk management infrastructure for its growing client base. The deal grants ConnextFX access to the cTrader Store marketplace, which hosts over 2,000 trading products and attracts more than 10,000 daily visitors, providing an additional client acquisition channel through Spotware’s leads program.

This partnership extends cTrader’s aggressive broker onboarding campaign throughout 2024, following recent additions including Latin American prop firm TFunded and FundingRock. Spotware now serves over 300 brokers and firms, though MT5 continues dominating CFD trading volume industrywide. ConnextFX operates through entities licensed in Seychelles and registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

FXnCO Insight

Brokers expanding into emerging markets should monitor cTrader’s growing penetration as an alternative execution venue, particularly for clients seeking advanced charting capabilities beyond MT5’s dominant infrastructure.
