INGOT Brokers has appointed former CMS Financial Group CEO Nidal Abdel Hadi as Strategy Consultant, bringing over twenty years of FX and CFDs expertise to the Dubai-based firm. Abdel Hadi assumed the full-time consulting role in early 2026, focusing on business planning, artificial intelligence integration, and advisory services for the brokerage’s regional expansion efforts.

The veteran executive recently served as Group CEO of Arabic market-focused CMS Financial from May 2025 to February 2026, and before that led CFI’s Dubai licensed entity as CEO from July 2020 to April 2024. His background also includes institutional sales leadership at ADS Securities in Abu Dhabi and Swissquote in Geneva, positioning him with deep knowledge of both retail and institutional forex markets across MENA and Europe.

The hire comes as INGOT expands aggressively, recently securing a CySEC license and opening a Cyprus office to enter the European Union market, adding to existing operations in Australia, Dubai, Jordan, and Kenya.

INGOT’s recruitment of senior MENA talent signals intensifying competition for market share in Arabic-speaking regions as regulated brokers pursue post-CySEC-license growth strategies.
