Waypoint Trading Solutions has secured connectivity to the Texas Stock Exchange ahead of the Dallas venue’s anticipated 2026 launch, becoming the first network provider to wire into the exchange before trading begins. The TNS unit announced the deal will add TXSE to its roster covering all twenty-two national US equity exchanges, despite no order flow currently existing at the new venue.

TXSE received Securities and Exchange Commission approval as a national securities exchange in September 2025 and expects to open later this year. The exchange has attracted over two hundred fifty million dollars from heavyweight backers including BlackRock, Citadel Securities, Charles Schwab, JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, and Bank of America. The venue is positioning itself as a lower-cost alternative to NYSE and Nasdaq.

Waypoint is replicating its strategy from the 24X National Exchange launch, where it secured connectivity before operations commenced. The early positioning matters because brokers and trading desks typically route through networks already reaching established venues.

Connectivity providers are aggressively pre-positioning for TXSE market share, signaling expectations that institutional order flow will materialize quickly once the exchange goes live.
