Dukascopy Bank has rolled out AI-powered chat-based trading functionality allowing clients to execute trades and manage positions through natural language commands via assistants like ChatGPT and Claude. The Swiss broker-bank’s system connects AI tools directly to JForex trading accounts using a proprietary Model Context Protocol server, enabling users to place orders, analyze markets, calculate stop-loss levels, and monitor risk without traditional terminals or coding. Commands such as “Close half of my gold position” can now be processed through conversational interfaces.

The feature launches initially on JForex demo accounts with virtual funds, while live account support is targeted for summer to autumn 2026. CEO Andre Duka emphasized technology as core to Dukascopy’s two-decade infrastructure investment strategy. The system operates alongside the bank’s expanded trading ecosystem, which recently added a unified mobile platform combining banking, CFD trading, forex, and payments, plus access to over 25,000 equity CFDs. Setup requires no programming knowledge and passwords remain secure without AI assistant access.

Traders should monitor adoption rates during the demo phase as conversational trading interfaces could reshape order execution workflows and accessibility for retail clients by late 2026.
