TenTrade, a global multi-asset broker operating a funded trading programme, has recruited Andreas Andreou as Partner and Chief Revenue Officer alongside Marios Morfakis as Chief Sales Officer. Both executives previously held senior positions at INGOT Brokers, where Andreou served as Chief Sales Officer from January 2025 to June 2026 and Morfakis worked as Global Head of Business Development for approximately eighteen months.
Andreou brings a track record across multiple Dubai-based retail FX and CFD firms, including stints at BDSwiss as Chief Revenue Officer and HF Markets DIFC Limited as Head of Business Development. He also co-founded thePropTrade.com, holding a Co-CEO role briefly in late 2024. Morfakis similarly built his career through business development and sales leadership positions at BDSwiss, FXGM, and Wintrado Technologies before joining INGOT.
The appointments follow TenTrade’s recent engagement of former Portuguese footballer Luis Figo as global ambassador for its campaign titled “Inspiring the Next Number 10”. Meanwhile, INGOT Brokers has established a Limassol office to support its European Union expansion, adding to operations in Australia, Dubai, Jordan, and Kenya. Though INGOT secured a CySEC licence in November 2025, it has not yet activated EU operations under this authorisation.
The personnel movements reflect ongoing competition for experienced commercial talent within the retail trading sector, particularly among firms with Middle East operations and proprietary trading programmes seeking to scale distribution capabilities.
FXnCO Insight
Senior commercial hires from established brokers signal TenTrade’s ambition to accelerate market share in the increasingly competitive funded trader space where distribution expertise directly impacts programme uptake.
