FXBO CRM has integrated identity verification provider IDWise directly into its broker platform, allowing clients to conduct KYC, AML screening, and fraud prevention checks without exiting the CRM system. The integration, announced Wednesday, works across FXBO’s web portal, client API, and mobile app, enabling brokers to verify customer identities at multiple touchpoints through a single workflow.

The move targets brokers operating in high-risk markets across the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Latin America, where mobile-first onboarding and varied document formats create verification challenges. FXBO positions the integration as critical infrastructure for multi-market brokerages facing tighter compliance demands as they expand geographically.

This follows similar moves by competitors. Match-Trade integrated Sumsub in 2022, while FXCM reported a 29% KYC efficiency gain after partnering with AU10TIX in 2024. StoneX’s FOREX.com Japan recently projected doubled account openings after switching to LIQUID eKYC, citing lower drop-off rates during verification.
