Dubai-based Kira Financial Brokers has hired Sophie Stabler as Head of Global Partnerships to spearhead its introducing broker expansion strategy across regulated CFD markets. Stabler brings over a decade of forex and CFD experience, most recently serving as a Strategic Planning and Operations Advisor for regulated brokers. She previously held the Chief Business Development Officer role for MENA at FP Markets, where she drove partner acquisition across the Middle East, GCC, and Africa.
In her new position, Stabler will manage introducing broker relationships across multiple regions and collaborate with business development teams on partner acquisition and retention. The appointment signals Kira Financial’s push to strengthen its global distribution network through IB channels, a critical revenue driver in the CFD brokerage model. Stabler also has senior leadership experience from IC Markets, where she built the broker’s Cyprus operations, plus roles at Leverate and XM focused on affiliate and partnership development.
