XTB Institutional is expanding its multi-asset platform with five new commodity CFDs and extended Friday trading hours, effective July 3rd, 2026. The update adds COCOA.EU, COFFEE.EU, NATGAS.EU, ORANGE, and SUGAR.EU to the firm’s roster of over 5,000 instruments, targeting brokers and banks seeking broader soft commodity and energy derivative exposure. Friday trading sessions will now run until 23:00 CEST/CET, providing institutional partners additional time to manage client positions and respond to late-week price action ahead of the weekend.

The expansion comes as commodity markets face heightened volatility from weather patterns, harvest expectations, geopolitical tensions, and shifting supply-demand dynamics. Existing XTB Institutional subscribers can access all five new instruments at no additional cost, removing subscription barriers for brokers looking to diversify client offerings. The combination of expanded product range and longer trading windows addresses practical institutional needs around market access and execution flexibility during critical end-of-week sessions.

Brokers should evaluate client demand for soft commodity exposure now, as the no-fee addition provides immediate revenue expansion opportunities without increased overhead costs.
