XS.com appointed Emily A. Aghajanyan as regional director for emerging markets on Thursday, tasking the Middle East veteran with driving expansion across developing regions. Aghajanyan brings over a decade of financial services experience, including more than five years at Alpari where she rose from chief business development officer to MENA director, expanding the broker’s introducing-broker network across frontier markets. She also held a director role at AMarkets and most recently worked at Vantage through April 2026.

The hire continues XS.com’s aggressive buildout of senior leadership, following the March appointment of former Exness manager Simon-Peter Massabni as head of retail sales and Stelios Pallis as chief technology officer in early 2025. XS.com is competing directly with rivals including amana, CFI Financial Group, and Equiti Group for regional talent as brokers target the Gulf and North Africa as their fastest-growing markets. The focus reflects where capital is flowing, with mobile-first users and localized partnerships becoming critical differentiators.
