Cyprus-based fintech Xryma has secured regulatory approval from CySEC for a direct listing on Euronext Paris, with trading under ticker XRY expected to commence July 24 pending final exchange approval. The company, which rebranded from ISX Financial EU, will list 110 million shares valued at €0.07 each without raising new capital or existing shareholders selling stock.

Xryma operates as a banktech group providing regulated open banking, cross-border payments, and real-time EU and UK settlement services. The firm reported €53.4 million in fee-based revenue for FY25 while processing €4 billion in proprietary transaction volume. Its software arm Probanx handled €206.7 billion in client transactions through licensing arrangements. The company claims seven consecutive years of profitability and holds Electronic Money Institution licenses in both the EU and UK.

Xryma is among the first non-bank entities directly connected to the Eurosystem’s T2 and TIPS payment infrastructure, positioning it within Europe’s core settlement architecture.

FXnCO Insight

This technical listing adds a pure-play European payment infrastructure stock without dilution, worth monitoring for exposure to real-time settlement growth and open banking adoption.
