TraderEvolution has integrated TRAction’s regulatory reporting service directly into its trading platform, enabling brokers to file EMIR and MiFIR transaction reports automatically without manual data extraction. The partnership, announced Monday, eliminates the need for brokers to use separate systems by pulling trade data directly from TraderEvolution’s infrastructure and formatting it for submission to trade repositories and approved reporting mechanisms.
This integration follows TRAction’s established strategy of embedding its reporting engine into existing broker platforms rather than requiring standalone systems. The company has previously connected with Tools for Brokers, oneZero, cTrader, and MetaTrader platforms. The move comes as European authorities consult on EMIR 3 reforms designed to eliminate reporting duplication that currently costs the industry up to four billion euros annually. However, compliance requirements remain stringent, with recent EMIR Refit and ASIC rewrites tightening rules around transaction identifiers and entity matching, making reporting errors increasingly expensive.

Brokers using TraderEvolution should evaluate this native integration now to reduce operational overhead and compliance risk before anticipated regulatory consolidation potentially reshapes reporting requirements.
