**Tradeify Co-Founders Undeterred by Big Players Entering Futures Prop Market**

Tradeify, the futures prop trading firm launched in 2024 by Brett Simberkoff and Vinan Mistry, has grown active users sevenfold over the past year despite mounting competition from established players. The company initially planned to focus on CFD prop trading but pivoted to futures after the CFTC shut down My Forex Funds, recognizing regulatory risks in the CFD space and growing trader mistrust of that market.

The co-founders told Finance Magnates their US-focused client base and timing benefited from traders seeking alternatives with centralized exchange pricing rather than single-counterparty CFD structures. Tradeify is now expanding with a new introducing broker arm and plans to enter prediction markets tied to the upcoming football World Cup.

Simberkoff dismissed concerns about larger competitors entering futures prop, stating “rising tides lift all ships” as the segment continues rapid growth among retail traders.
