TenTrade, the Seychelles-based CFD and prop trading broker, has appointed Wilfred Obasi as Regional Director for Africa, effective immediately. Obasi replaces Victor Ufot and brings thirteen years of experience from Exinity, where he most recently served as Partner Enablement Manager in Dubai. His remit covers revenue growth, client acquisition, partnership development, and tailoring TenTrade’s CFD and prop offerings to African markets.
The move forms part of a broader leadership expansion at TenTrade following senior appointments in June, including Andreas Andreou as Chief Revenue Officer and Marios Morfakis as Chief Sales Officer, both from INGOT Brokers. The broker has been aggressively targeting African markets through brand partnerships, including signing former Portugal footballer Luis Figo as global ambassador in April and winning Fastest Growing Broker at the Trading Awards Africa in June.
Obasi’s expertise in partner enablement and regional market knowledge signals TenTrade’s intent to deepen broker relationships and distribution networks across the continent, a key growth corridor for offshore CFD providers.
