Swiss broker-bank Dukascopy has rolled out a unified mobile application merging retail CFD trading, banking services, forex, payments, and investment tools into a single platform. The launch consolidates the firm’s legacy Connect 911 and Swiss Mobile Bank apps, serving over 400,000 global clients as part of a phased mobile transformation strategy announced this week.

The app enables remote account opening via video ID, multi-currency card management including Visa and Mastercard, international payments, and round-the-clock multilingual support through encrypted channels. Dukascopy simultaneously launched its Swiss Forex App for real-time pricing and technical analysis while expanding MetaTrader 5 instrument coverage from 100 to over 400 assets, including metals and crypto CFDs.

CEO Andre Duka emphasized that mobile functionality has shifted from optional to essential in fintech, positioning this release as the initial phase of ongoing digital expansion. A next-generation JForex trading app is currently under development to complement the existing infrastructure.
