OpenPayd, a London-based embedded finance infrastructure provider, announced Monday it will go public through a SPAC merger with Titan Acquisition Corp valued at 276 million dollars. The deal will see OpenPayd list on Nasdaq under ticker symbol OP, with completion targeted for the fourth quarter of 2026 pending regulatory and shareholder approvals.
The transaction affects major crypto and fintech platforms including eToro, Kraken, OKX, and B2C2, which rely on OpenPayd’s infrastructure for foreign exchange, cross-border payments, open banking, and stablecoin services. The company currently serves over 1,100 customers across 180 countries and processes more than 240 billion dollars in annualized transaction volume. As of March 2026, OpenPayd reported 85 million dollars in annualized recurring revenue.
Proceeds from the trust account will fund US expansion, technology development, and regulatory compliance infrastructure. The company holds licenses in the US, UK, European Economic Area, Canada, and South Africa.

OpenPayd’s public listing could accelerate institutional adoption of hybrid traditional-crypto payment infrastructure, potentially creating competitive pressure on incumbent payment processors.
