Mohammed Mulla has departed Finalto after nearly 17 years, marking the exit of one of the company’s earliest employees. Mulla served as Vice President for MENA and Asia and joined the firm in late 2009 when it operated as CFH Markets, just after the 2008 financial crisis. His departure comes as Finalto continues aggressive regional expansion, having secured a UAE Category 5 licence last year and appointed Conor Canny as MENA CEO.

Mulla hinted at “an exciting new chapter” on LinkedIn but provided no details about his next move. His exit follows Finalto’s recent consolidation of UK operations and client migrations that began in 2023. The company, originally launched as Markets.com in 2009, underwent multiple acquisitions and rebrandings before Gopher Investments acquired it for $250 million in July 2022 after Playtech’s divestment.
