MetaQuotes has integrated Luramic as a native liquidity provider within the MetaTrader 5 platform through its built-in Ultency aggregation engine, the company announced Wednesday. Luramic streams pre-aggregated liquidity covering forex, cryptocurrencies, metals, commodities, and equity indices directly into MT5 without requiring external bridges or third-party aggregators. The provider operates from Equinix data centers across London, New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Singapore, claiming latency as low as hundredths of a millisecond in certain configurations.

This integration continues MetaQuotes’ strategy of keeping liquidity connectivity native to its platform, competing directly with independent bridge providers like oneZero, Centroid, Gold-i, and PrimeXM. Luramic joins LMAX, GMG Prime, Vantage, and Scope Prime in the growing Ultency ecosystem, which MetaQuotes prices at one dollar per million dollars traded. The move intensifies pricing pressure on third-party vendors that previously dominated the MT5 liquidity aggregation market.

Brokers using MT5 should evaluate whether Ultency’s native liquidity providers offer competitive pricing and execution quality compared to established third-party bridge solutions before migrating connectivity.
