**CySEC Flags 10 Unlicensed Investment Websites in Fresh Warning**
Cyprus regulator CySEC issued a warning on 14 August 2026 against ten websites operating without authorisation under Cyprus investment law. The blacklisted domains include m4-platform.com, waltonmarketltd.com, investiumlimited.com, evercrest.capital, gofx.com, tazerpro.com, quantacfd.com, cypriantrustbank.com, and omnixmarkets.com, among others.
Several names appear designed to mimic legitimate regulated brands. CySEC’s register shows Investium Limited holds licence 421/22 but operates through flexinvest.com, not the flagged domain. Similarly, M4Markets operates legally through www.m4markets.eu under Harindale Ltd, while the warning targets m4-platform.com and a related domain.
Firms outside CySEC’s supervisory framework offer no investor protections available with licensed entities. The regulator urged market participants to verify company details through its official public register before transferring funds or opening accounts.
