BDSwiss has effectively ceased its offshore operations as its global website registered with Seychelles authorities is no longer accessible and redirecting users to a login page. The broker has disabled new account creation, displaying “cannot create account” messages to prospective clients. The shutdown appears to have occurred after 15 May 2026, though the company still holds an active Seychelles licence according to the FSA registry.
The once-prominent CFD broker lost its Cyprus CySEC licence in late 2024 after suspension, ending operations on the island. Its UAE Category 5 licence status remains unclear with no registered personnel visible on the CMA register. Contact attempts have failed with press emails bouncing. Client complaints have flooded Trustpilot alleging unauthorised balance transfers to TheCopperClub, an unlicensed copper trading platform, pushing the broker’s trust rating to just 2.1.

Traders with funds held at BDSwiss or BDS Markets should immediately attempt withdrawals and verify account access given the operational shutdown and client transfer allegations.
