London-based Acuity Trading has signed its second deal with the Bullwaves Group, this time integrating its full market intelligence suite into the Bullwaves retail trading brand operated by Seychelles-licensed Equitex Capital Limited. The agreement follows a June deal with Bullwaves Prime, the group’s proprietary trading arm, extending Acuity’s reach across both retail and prop trading segments under the same umbrella organization.

Bullwaves will deploy Acuity’s market, event and trade intelligence tools across its multi-asset platform, including MetaTrader 5, while maintaining control over content display. The move comes amid aggressive expansion by Acuity, which recently acquired equity in AI startup MarketReader, saw CEO Andrew Lane take dual leadership roles, and integrated its tools into WNSTN’s broker chatbot and Blueberry’s Pulse product.

The rapid-fire partnerships signal market intelligence is transitioning from competitive advantage to baseline expectation for trading platforms targeting both retail and institutional traders.

Brokers without embedded real-time market intelligence risk falling behind as automated analysis becomes table stakes rather than differentiation in both retail and prop trading environments.
